Giuggianello, attivi gli impianti fotovoltaici sugli edifici pubblici

Giuggianello avvia l’attivazione del fotovoltaico sugli edifici pubblici. L’amministrazione comunale ha realizzato gli impianti sui tetti della sede municipale, la scuola primaria e dell’infanzia, il museo della Civiltà Contadina e il mercato coperto, per una potenza complessiva di centocinque kilowatt. Il Comune ha investito mezzo milione di euro con un notevole impatto ambientale e benefici sul piano finanziario.

Lo sfruttamento dell’energia solare eviterà l’immissione nell’atmosfera di sessantamila chilogrammi di Co2 e di altri agenti inquinanti prodotti dalle centrali elettriche a combustione, ma per il Comune ci saranno anche i vantaggi economici di “Quarto conto energia”: la normativa prevede un incentivo, che garantisce al proprietario di ricevere un corrispettivo proporzionato all’energia generata dall’impianto, e un ulteriore incremento del 10%, in caso di utilizzo di materiali come moduli fotovoltaici e inventer di produzione europea, e prevede anche uno scambio sul costo, con un risparmio sulle bollette di energia elettrica di tutti i consumi comunali derivanti dagli edifici e l’illuminazione pubblica.
